WHAT TO EXPECT

The initial session is an assessment when I ask you some questions which gives you the opportunity to talk about your concerns, for you to understand how I work and for you to see that you are comfortable and that we are best suited to work together. I will then offer you sessions which normally last 50-60 minutes with frequency and flexibility to suit your needs. We decide whether the therapy would be suited to short-term, long-term or open-ended therapy.

My availability is Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm. As well as sessions in person at my practice, I offer the flexibility of online therapy and telephone sessions to accommodate the needs of busy clients and today’s challenging environment. I communicate discreetly about appointments and payment. No information is held electronically except for contact and appointment details.

I am a Registered Accredited Member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP: 2011163719). I subscribe to their code of ethics, act in accordance with their code of practice and I am accountable to these institutions for my performance as a psychotherapist. My private practice is insured with Zurich policy no: ZUR-UKCP 19/01/178.

I am registered with many of the leading healthcare providers enabling clients with private insurance to claim back the fees for therapy.

My session fee is £135. For an initial consultation, please contact me by email or phone.
